These flasks are very handy and easy to use — sometimes I just have water in a small shorts pocket if I'm doing 90+ mins running or very useful to squeeze in a koda gel top up with water and get a quick energy short during a fast race without having to tear open a gel and hold on to sticky wrappers fit perfectly in small running pockets or tri/aero racesuits. East to open and close with your mouth also.
